Civil Site Engineer/Contract Administrator

TalentWeb is looking to speak with experienced Civil Site Engineers and Contract Administrators for a permanent, full-time position based in Brisbane.

Our client is a civil engineering consultancy based in Spring Hill that does in-house design, engineering, drafting and construction/project management of their designs, which are focused on large masterplan residential developments as well as the associated infrastructure.

Their clients are calling the role ‘Principal’s Representative’ with the below scope on their projects:

• Contract administration, project coordination and design delivery of residential greenfield subdivision projects;
• Monthly certification of progress claims, monthly review and submission of cash flows, monthly review of programs of work;
• Coordination of contractor's interface;
• Variation, EOT and RFI responses;

To be successful in your application we seek candidates with:

• 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator in Australia, ideally SEQ;
• A tertiary qualification in engineering, construction or a related field;
• Previous experience working on master plan, greenfield residential developments a necessity;
• RPEQ accreditation at a more experienced, senior level.
