About the Role
This role is located in Mackay and would suit someone looking to take the next steps in their career. It involves but is not limited to:
Assist Account Managers and Broker Assistants to manage and service the claims process of an existing portfolio of clients.
Process claims in an accurate & efficient manner.
Provide general backup and support to the Account Managers or Broker Assistants if and when required.
Provide excellent claims assistance, ensuring the client is satisfied with the handling of the claim.
Maintain client satisfaction and retention levels.
Maintain professional relationships with insurers/underwriters for the provision of financial services to clients in meeting claims service standards.

About You
Sound computer skills, confident communication skills, teamwork and strong documentation skills;
The ability to work unsupervised within a team environment;
Career focused, responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic;
A Tier 2 in insurance broking is valued, however we are happy to support you in achieving this qualification.
Interest in learning about claims and receiving on the job training and qualifications.
