What We’re Looking For Passion for customer service Resilience and empathy High-level communication skills Ability to Multitask and work in a fast past environment As a key team member, you’ll support a portfolio of complex Workers Compensation claims, aiming to support injured workers in their recovery and facilitate their safe and timely return to work. You'll collaborate with injured workers, their employers, and other relevant stakeholders, such as brokers, medical professionals, and solicitors. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Gulmerrogin (Darwin). The role offers a Darwin city office location, with flexibility to work from home (up to 3 days per week) .
