Cleaner/Kitchen Hand

Cedar Bakery Moonee Ponds is looking for a Cleaner/Kitchen Hand to Join our Team.

As a Cleaner/Kitchen Hand, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable multitasking to ensure that our restaurant is kept at the highest level of cleanliness. You will also be responsible for a variety of tasks:

• Kitchen preparation
• Safe food handling
• Cleaning and putting away of all dishes, pots and cutlery.
• Responsible for ensuring the kitchen is always a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
• Cleaning of shop including but not limited to:

- sweeping and mopping of floors
- cleaning of bathroom
- deep clean of kitchen including stoves, grills and walls.

About You

The successful applicant will be a team player with a great eye for detail. You will need previous experience in kitchen and cleaning along with understanding of work health and safety practices. You will also have the ability to work unsupervised and take on physically demanding tasks.
