Cleaning Supervisor

Join Prats Group Pty Ltd as a full-time Cleaning Supervisor in our Adelaide office. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of cleaners to ensure our client sites are maintained to the highest standards. What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate a team of cleaning staff to complete all scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently and to a high quality as per scope of work set by each client.

• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets required standards and provide feedback and guidance to the team meeting client expectations

• Create and maintain cleaning schedules and rosters to optimise workflow and coverage

• Attend joint inspections with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues that arise

• Order and monitor cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained

• Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to cleaning staff to develop their skills

• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the cleaning operations

What we're looking for

• 2+ years' experience in a cleaning supervisor or team leader role, ideally in a commercial or industrial setting

• Strong organisational and time management skills to coordinate a team and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and as per budget

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards

• Proven people management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team

• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and provide clear instructions to the cleaning team

• Knowledge of cleaning methods, products and equipment, and occupational health and safety requirements

• Availability to travel to regional areas within South Australia on a frequent basis. Must have an Australian driving license with own car.
