Senior Auditor
Senior Auditors are responsible for conducting a range of assurance-related activities as part of our strategic financial and non-financial audit programs. These programs cover a wide range of regulated entities, including those in the casino industry. This role supports the team in conducting and preparing detailed audits, reviews, and analysis, while also reporting findings and making recommendations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The Senior Auditor assists in the preparation and maintenance of audit documentation, including proposals, plans, working papers, and reports. Additionally, the role develops and maintains strong stakeholder relationships and works directly to contribute to the achievement of project outcomes and support the overall culture of auditing excellence within the branch.
If you have experience in audit, compliance, and financial review, this role is perfect for you. Your ability to manage audits, collaborate with stakeholders, and uphold a high standard of auditing will be essential to your success in this position. Senior Compliance Officer:
The Senior Compliance Officer plays a key role in conducting field-based compliance activities, including investigations, inspections, and addressing complaints. Daily tasks involve engaging with business operators and licensees, ensuring they understand and adhere to regulatory requirements, and providing proactive education on compliance matters. The role prepares detailed reports on findings, collaborate with a team of professionals, and supporting compliance efforts across the region. Shiftwork is a requirement of the role, with successful candidates expected to be available to work outside of standard working hours on a rotational basis.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential as you document actions and outcomes. If you have an analytical mindset, experience in regulatory compliance, and are comfortable working in a field-based environment, this role is ideal for you. Your ability to manage investigations and foster clear, effective communication will be crucial to your success in ensuring compliance across the state. Licensing Officer:
The Licensing Officer is responsible for communicating with customers to gather information, request missing information, explain issues, and guide them through the licensing application process. The role collects and organises necessary data to support licensing application decisions, ensuring all required documentation is complete. Additionally, the role assesses licensing applications , addresses customer queries promptly and prepares a report to assist the decision maker. The role involves problem-solving and ensuring clear communication to provide a smooth and efficient licensing experience for all stakeholders.
If you have experience in assessment, customer service, and interpreting legislation, this is the role for you. Your ability to handle complex tasks while maintaining a focus on customer service and clear communication will be key to your success in this position.
