Your New Role:

Equip Kids is located Truganina, within a beautiful business complex offering amazing amenities. We are currently seeking passionate individuals for the following role: 

• 1 x Paediatric Occupational Therapist (New Graduates Welcomed to Apply)

Your Remuneration Package:

If both you and us agree that you are a great fit for our team, then you will be made an offer based on your skills and years of relevant experience.

As a general rule, Base Salary Rates for Employees range between $90,000 and $130,000 per annum, which is SIGNIFICANTLY ABOVE industry standards. (If you choose to work as an Independent Contractor, then your earning potential will range from $120,000 to $140,000 per annum).

In addition to your Base Rate and other benefits already listed above, you will receive the following:

• Superannuation of 11.5%
• Four Weeks Annual Leave (Full Time Equivalent)
• Two Weeks Sick/Personal Leave (Full Time Equivalent)
• All other Leave Entitlements as per the relevant National Law
• A Continuing Professional Development Budget
• Reimbursement of Professional Indemnity Insurance and AHPRA Registration
• An Electronic Device and Mobile Phone.
