About the Role

As a Client Relationship Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Employee Plans, Share Registry, and Investor Relations business verticals. You will work closely with Client Relationship Managers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless client service delivery while proactively managing client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Service Delivery

  • Support designated Client Relationship Managers in achieving client objectives.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries, providing proactive support and solutions.
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assist with planning and execution of Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and other client events.
  • Manage client reporting requirements (daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly).

Operational & Risk Management

  • Maintain high standards of quality control and accountability in service delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks before they arise.
  • Ensure adherence to MUFG’s compliance policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the rollout of AI-driven initiatives and global operational strategies.
  • Assist with client invoicing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal deadlines.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work closely with project stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Share knowledge and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to ensure project briefs are well understood and executed.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Client relationship experience, preferably within financial services.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and confident approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A degree in finance, business, or a related field, or at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of registry, employee share plans, or investor relation s (highly regarded).
