The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong relationship and communications system with clients whilst ensuring that cleaning services are provided in accordance with the requirements of the contract and Happsa Group’s Management System.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee cleaning staff: Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
Coordinate schedules: Develop and maintain cleaning schedules to meet client needs.
Maintain quality standards: Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement.
Liaise with clients: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Budget management: Ensure all cleaning contracts are executed on time and within budget.
Training and support: Provide training and support to cleaning contractors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain records of all cleaning activities
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing cleaning contracts.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning industry regulations and best practices.
Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff
