The OpportunityWe are seeking an exceptional Clinical Manager to lead, mentor, and inspire our dedicated clinical care team. In this pivotal leadership role, you will: Oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based clinical care.Provide operational and strategic support to the Facility Manager.Guide staff in delivering compassionate, person-centred care.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and clinical standards.Serve as a trusted clinical consultant and resource for nursing care matters.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, education, and excellence. What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a motivated and experienced clinical leader who: Is a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.Brings strong leadership and mentoring skills.Has a wealth of experience in aged care or a similar healthcare environment.Demonstrates a deep understanding of clinical governance and quality frameworks.Is passionate about continuous improvement and innovation.Has a strong understanding of the legislative changes to aged care and the Strengthened Aged Care Quality StandardsCommunicates with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
