Clinical Services Development Consultant – Professional Services is responsible for supporting best-practice compliance with clinical regulations, developing resources to guide consistent use of Medicare and professional fees while mitigating risk, and using Specsavers' optometry and dispensing data sets to help Partners and clinical teams drive clinical and commercial growth.
Clinical Services Development Consultant – Professional Development is responsible for supporting clinical teams by enhancing professional career development, training, recognition, and engagement activities. They are accountable for building and maintaining development resources and opportunities for Specsavers clinical teams, as well as supporting Partners to utilise these resources to retain, grow and support clinical and commercial performance.
The essential skills we are looking for:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience working as an Optometrist
- Comprehensive understanding of Optometry within a high-volume practice
- Excellent interpersonal skills (rapport building, presenting, public speaking)
- Flexibility to travel around Australia and New Zealand
- Flexibility to work outside regular work hours
