Responsibilities: Motivating the team to deliver on the long-term strategy of the Mako team and Mako systemEngaging, coaching and developing the group to ensure a high level of technical competency and ability to create a great customer experienceCase Support - providing real-time assistance during Joint Replacement surgeries, ensuring optimal product performance and patient outcomes.Supporting and holding the team accountable, driving engagement, development and cultureWork with the Joint replacement team to ensure strategy alignment, educational support and facilitate sales demand Skills & Requirements: Exposure to medical environments, particular theatreTechnical proficiency including product knowledge, knowledge of the medical and hospital industries to provide technical expertise and training to staff and clientsStrong leadership skills with a proven ability to successfully coach and develop teams.Strong results orientation and ability to demonstrate experience achieving targets.Demonstrate analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.Excellent communications skills including strong presentation skills.Ultimately a people person that naturally builds genuine relationships.
