About the Role & Duties
You’ll be immersed in all aspects of the sales process and gain hands-on experience across a variety of property campaigns.  This role is a fast-paced, client-facing role with variety and responsibility. You will be involved in:

• Supporting listing and sale activities from pre-listing to settlement
• Conducting open inspections and buyer follow-up
• Coordinating property marketing and campaign materials
• Managing client and vendor communication
• Providing high-level support to ensure nothing is missed

You’ll be the right-hand support to a powerhouse agent who will not only teach you the ropes but champion your success along the way.

About You
We are looking a Co-Agent/Sales Associate who is either in real estate now or looking for a foot in the door.  As the successful candidate will be:

• A confident communicator with a warm, professional manner
• Exceptionally organised and capable of juggling multiple tasks
• Energetic, consistent, and passionate about property
• Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail
• Emotionally intelligent and resilient under pressureCoachable, driven, and ready to grow
• Ideally holds (or is currently studying) a Certificate IV in Real Estate
