Commercial Cleaning Positions – Big Bear Village Shopping Centre (Neutral Bay Sydney)

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Multiple Shifts Available

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable cleaning staff to join our team in Neutral Bay, as well as other areas.

Positions available:

• Sydney – Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Full-Time)

• Sydney – Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Full-Time)

• Additional shift times are also available

Essential Requirements:

• Proactive and able to work unsupervised

• Experience in commercial cleaning (preferred but not essential)

• Basic technical skills (for onboarding, rosters, timesheets, and reporting)

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

• Flexibility to work a set roster and assist with extra shifts if needed

• Reliable transport to and from the worksite
