Cleaning Supervisor – Full-Time | Perth, WA

We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Cleaning Supervisor to join our ever-growing team in Perth, WA.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a commercial cleaning supervisor role
• Ability to manage and motivate large teams across various commercial sites
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Confidence in liaising with clients and handling day-to-day operational challenges
• Willingness to get hands-on when required to support the team
• Full-time availability – 35+ hours per week
• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

• 10 hour shift

• Afternoon shift
• Evening shift
• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• No weekends
• On call
• Overtime
