About our Opportunity
The Commercial Estimator supports and coordinates with our customers who are contract administrators, site supervisors and managers, builders, developers, subcontractors and architects. Working with our Commercial manager and Commercial project managers to qualify, quote, win and execute commercial glazing works across NSW and ACT. The core responsibilities of this role are interpreting building plans (plan take off and specification review), producing quotes and tender submissions, converting quotes to orders and providing project support.
About you
We’re looking to leverage your experience and understanding of the commercial building industry along with your knowledge in building specifications, reading and interpreting construction drawings and architectural plans and deciphering what is required to correctly estimate and quote. You will be a well organised headstrong team player who enjoys working within a collaborative team, who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service and who appreciates the importance of getting the details right.
