Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Manager - Rail Systems located in the Greater QLD Area. The Commercial Manager will oversee commercial management, including contract management, PAA administration, procurement management, Alliance NOP interface, State representative, and team management for rail system projects. Day-to-day tasks will involve developing and implementing commercial strategies, managing budgets, procurement and evaluation of large complex projects, analyzing financial performance, and collaborating with various teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills for financial analysis and problem-solvingExperience with Project Alliance Agreements, the administration and claim analysis. Expertise in Commercial Management and Contract Management within an Alliance, representing State entity. Proficiency in Project TOC development, State process and overall estimating principle. Experience in Team Management and leading cross-functional teams, commercial, finance, procurement and reporting. Excellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholdersExperience in the rail or transport industry is a must. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Law or engineering
