Looking to enhance your income with a flexible role in mortgage broking? We are offering a part-time or full-time position with a generous commission structure and existing client base designed to align with your experience and support your growth. Why Join Us? • Fulfilling Opportunities: Handle pre-qualified clients and manage an existing portfolio, earning commissions without the need for prospecting. You will receive both trail and upfront commissions. We have a growing volume of referrals requiring personalized attention for residential and commercial purchases. • Development Leads: Work with clients who need more guidance, offering higher commissions for your support and effort. • New Business: Maximize your earnings by bringing in your own clients and growing your personal portfolio. What We Offer: • No BDM Activities Required: You can stay focused on fulfilling opportunities and working with clients if that’s your preference. • In-House Loan Processor/Assistant: Access to dedicated support for loan processing and compliance tasks, freeing you to focus on client relationships and broking activities. • Partner Accounting Firm: Gain access to a full suite of accounting services to help with complex commercial transactions requiring detailed financial analysis. • Cross-Selling Opportunities: Additional opportunities and leads for Commercial and Asset Finance(as the brokerage is licensed across all three areas). There is also potential to earn extra trail commissions through accounting service referrals, such as SMSF management and Business Advisory. Requirements: • Certificate IV or higher of Mortgage Broking/Finance (desirable). • 2+ years of experience in banking, lending, or direct mortgage broking (preferred). • Current accreditations with major lenders (desirable but not mandatory). • Strong understanding of loan products (residential and commercial), including features, benefits, and compliance regulations. • Excellent communication skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and partners, providing clear advice tailored to their financial situation. • Self-motivated and independent: Able to work autonomously, with strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks. • Client-centric mindset: You should have a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive personalised, quality advice. • Up-to-date compliance knowledge: Familiarity with responsible lending obligations and industry regulations. • Technology proficient: Comfortable using CRM systems and mortgage broking software (experience with platforms like ApplyOnline or Sympology is an advantage). This role is ideal for professionals looking to add a new income stream to their existing business or expand their career within the mortgage broking industry.
