OneSchool Global (OSG) is looking for a Communications Assistant, a newly created position reporting to the Global Head of Communications.
OSG is one of the world’s largest, truly global schools, with over 8,000 students, 120 campuses and 2,000 staff operating across 20 countries.
Our Global Head office is in Sydney Olympic Park boasting beautiful facilities and surrounds. We offer free parking and catered lunch daily onsite with hybrid working arrangements.
Based in Sydney, you’ll be:
Assisting in drafting and refining engaging internal and external communications
Supporting the Communications team on global projects and campaigns
Contributing to content creation, dissemination and measurement
Providing executive support, managing schedules, meetings and key documentation.
We’re looking for someone with:
Knowledge of the corporate communications function
Ability to write, proofread and develop content
A genuine interest in Comms & Marketing!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Interest or experience in using Canva, SharePoint and website CMS tools.
Willingness to work global hours/ across timezones.
Experience in executive assistance or a junior comms role
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
