The Opportunity Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include Develop and capture stories from researchers, donors, families, and the community to create engaging content for The Kids' fundraising program. Identify communication opportunities and create plans to engage donor audiences across various channels. Collaborate with the Development and Communications teams to maintain a consistent and relevant communication strategy and tone for key stakeholders. Provide strategic communications advice to ensure content aligns with The Kids' brand and content strategy, enhancing donor engagement. Support fundraising campaigns and initiatives by preparing content for donor publications, social media and appeals, while assisting with video content, reporting and project planning. Based at Perth Children’s Hospital, this is an ongoing, full-time position. About You To be successful in this role you will possess the following: Demonstrated experience in marketing, advertising, development, or communications roles. A passion for storytelling with excellent written and verbal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to write clearly and persuasively. Highly developed digital literacy with experience across websites, social media and other platforms. Proven ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies. Strong project management skills, including prioritisation, organisation and multitasking.
