Company Secretary & Executive Assistant
📍 Gold Coast, QLD (Northern end) – Hybrid | 💼 Full-time | 💰 $90,000 – $110,000 + Super (negotiable)

Nucrush Group is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Company Secretary & Executive Assistant to join our high-performing team. This brand new dual-role opportunity will see you working closely with our Board of Directors and Executive Team, (specifically our CEO), providing high-level governance and corporate compliance support, while also delivering trusted executive assistance to the CEO and General Managers.

What You’ll Be DoingBoard & Governance Support
Coordinate Board and Committee meetings (agendas, papers, and minutes)
Maintain corporate records, statutory registers, and ASIC filings
Provide accurate and timely governance advice in line with the Corporations Act 2001
Support the onboarding and induction of new Directors
Monitor and advise on Directors’ duties, conflicts of interest, and governance trends
Executive Support
Provide EA support to the CEO and General Managers
Assist with the preparation of presentations and board reports
Manage executive correspondence and stakeholder liaison
Organise internal and external meetings, including venues and catering
Essential
Demonstrated experience in a Company Secretary or governance support role
Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role
Understanding of Australian corporate governance standards and board reporting
High-level accuracy, confidentiality, and organisational skills
Advanced MS Office and digital literacy
Desirable
Completed governance training (e.g. Governance Institute of Australia, AICD)
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Governance, Legal Studies, or related field would be advantageous
$90,000–$110,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience)
