About the role

The compliance support role is to complete the Essential Safety Measures (ESM) / Fire and Life Safety process through to completion.

This involves processing and updating of correspondence from both clients and contractors as well as staff members to ensure that our systems are kept as up to date as possible. Correspondence will include service records, emails, phone calls and automatic system updates.

The role also involves communicating with clients to assist and advise them of our ESM process for their properties to achieve compliance.

An overview of the key responsibilities include.

  • Follow-up and processing of building compliance and maintenance related documentation
  • Responding to email and telephone queries as required regarding compliance and legislation requirements
  • Liaising with key stakeholders, including building & facility managers, contractors and internal staff
  • Create new system users
  • Data Entry for building compliance and maintenance upon request

About you

  • 2+ years’ experience in administration
  • Extremely well organised and proficient
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Package
  • A strong eye for attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • A proactive can-do attitude, confidence, excellent customer service and communication skills
