We are seeking skilled and motivated Composites Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and repairing composite components and structures used in a variety of industries. You will work with advanced composite materials, ensuring the highest quality and precision in production.

Key responsibilities and duties:
Layup and infuse composite materials to produce parts for various applications
Inspect, trim, and finish composite components to meet specifications
Use hand tools, machinery and equipment for cutting, shaping and finishing parts
Prepare moulds and ensure that all materials are applied according to established procedures
Conduct repairs and maintenance on composite parts and products
Work with the engineering team to assist in the development of new composite designs
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the production process
Document and report progress on projects, troubleshooting, and any issues that arise
Required skills/experience:
Proven experience as a Composites Technician or similar role.
Familiarity with composite materials such as fibre reinforcements, resins and adhesives
Experience with moulding, curing and trimming processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions and specifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred skills/qualification:
Formal qualification in composite technology or related field
Experience with CNC machines or automated composite production equipment
Knowledge of aerospace, automotive and/or marine industries.
