We are looking to hire a highly motivated, efficient, professional Computer Network and Systems Engineer on full time basis to join our team who can work on our network and system services and would play a key role in configuration management and ensuring operational readiness of key network systems for our clients.

Task & Responsibilities
  • Establish network systems, define their setup, guide installation in accordance with established network standards.
  •  Fix technical issues in the current network and administer new network solutions to improve the efficiency of current networks. 
  •  Install, configure, test, maintain and support network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP.
  •  Monitor, support, test, and troubleshoot computer systems and networks.
  •  Manage software and system updates and analyse possible vulnerabilities .
  •  Manage user access level for computer networks and systems .
  •  Configure and manage firewalls, domain controllers, network devices, to maximise network efficiency and security.
  •  Provide network, windows, and Mac OS support to the users through phone, email, remote tools or MS Teams.
  • Set up advance monitoring and analyse collected network traffic data to ensure systems security.
  •  Manage the Data Centre, IT and Communication Infrastructure and troubleshoot issues within SLA timeframe.
  • Manage complex service incidents and requests for desktop computing and audio-visual equipment issues.
  •  Utilize SCCM, Active Directory, M365 administrative functions to provide timely support to users. 
  •  Prepare documentation for all new and existing projects to keep track of network faults, statuses, and maintenance procedures.
Qualification & Experience

Qualification

Master’s degree Information Technology and Networking or related fields

Skills and Experience 

  • At least 2-3 years of experience working in the related field.
  • Hands on experience troubleshooting broad range of IT equipment, network, and services.
  • Security assurance (e.g. vulnerabilities removal, site-to-site VPN).
  • Microsoft M365 administration/management.
  • Network knowledge - TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, WiFi, proxy.
  • Routing/switching knowledge - Cisco, Huawei etc.
  • Working with a range of Backup/Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity solutions.
  • Understanding of network systems and architectures.
  • Remote support/management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly developed analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
