We are seeking a professional and proactive Lifestyle Concierge to join our high-end residential building in Gosford. In this role, you will be integral to maintaining a polished and efficient concierge service, ensuring that residents, visitors, and stakeholders receive exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, visitors, and stakeholders warmly upon arrival and departure.
  • Monitor CCTV systems, manage access control, and oversee postage and package handling.
  • Execute tasks as outlined in site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct regular patrols of the building, identifying and reporting any issues, hazards, or potential concerns to management.
  • Professionally respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Sign in contractors and real estate agents as required.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure that all supplies and equipment are in working order.
  • Keep all common areas and workspaces clean, organised, and presentable at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • A concierge with at least 1 year of experience providing exceptional service in high-end residential buildings
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Strong multitasking, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Immaculate presentation and competence in Microsoft Office.
  • Availability for a Full time or part-time roster Monday to Sunday, depending on the requirements
