Job Description


Reporting to the F&B Operations Manager – Conferencing & Events, our C&E Supervisor is responsible for the efficient running, and team leadership, of our Conference & Events functions.

We are seeking an individual who demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, focusing on clients needs outlined in event orders, and leading their team through their energy, drive and enthusiasm. This role is flexible in nature, requiring a ‘hands on’ approach to move seamlessly between events and different service style offerings.

The C&E Supervisor organises and controls the day to day operations of conferences & events, attends to operational concerns and needs promptly, implements, reviews and maintains cost control measures, ensures all C&E spaces are set up per event orders and is responsible for the smooth, efficient and courteous service to all C&E guests.


Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • The availability to work a range of shifts including days, nights, weekends, public holidays and event days
  • Hold a current RSA Competency Card
  • Must have impeccable grooming and presentation
  • A genuine desire to provide exceptional service
  • Experience in a similar role preferred
