WHAT WE OFFER

• Location: Gladstone, Queensland, with potential for other project/outage work
• Competitive Rate: $41.87 per hour + Penalties + Site Allowance
• Project Dates: Commencing 26 th May 2025, with an approximate 6-week work schedule
• Outage Roster: Monday to Saturday, 11-hour shifts
  

Downer’s Energy & Utilities business has opportunities for casual Confined Space Hole Watchers to join our team for a six (6) week Power Station Outage in Gladstone, QLD. You will provide your expertise in hole watching within a shutdown, project environment ensuring that work is completed safely, effectively and to the required standard.

ABOUT YOU

• Site Proficient: Pervious experience working as a hole watcher within a Shutdown, Minesite Heavy industry environment.
• Technically Proficient : Experienced in the safe use of hand tools and equipment required to perform tasks.
• Team Oriented: Have an ability to work effectively within a team with well-developed communication skills and a commitment to safety.
• Site Qualifications: Hold full working rights in Australia, White Card, Working at Heights and Confined Space (within the last 3 years) Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical.
