Construction Manager- Delivery | Commercial Projects

TEN Recruitment is working with a trusted WA commercial builder to appoint a proven Construction Manager. This role offers the chance to take full control of multiple high-value projects, leading delivery from the ground up with strong support and autonomy.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery phase of major commercial construction projects
• Manage construction programs, site operations, and resource planning
• Enforce WHS compliance and drive a safety-first culture
• Troubleshoot site issues and maintain project momentum
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and consultants to ensure smooth delivery

What You’ll Bring:

• Demonstrated experience delivering mid-tier commercial builds in WA
• Confident leadership across multiple sites and delivery teams
• Strong grasp of programming, project financials, and compliance
• Proactive and collaborative approach to stakeholder management
• Perth-based experience and full Australian work rights are essential
