Construction Supervisor - Residential (Single-Storey Homes Only)

TEN Recruitment is working with a well-regarded residential builder to source an experienced Construction Supervisor. This role focuses solely on single-storey home builds and offers a stable, site-based opportunity across Perth’s southern corridor.

Your Role:

• Supervise construction of single-storey homes from slab to handover
• Manage trades, schedule works, and uphold build timelines
• Ensure high-quality finishes and strict site safety standards
• Liaise with clients, internal teams, and suppliers to resolve issues promptly
• Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate documentation

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience supervising single-storey residential builds
• Strong site coordination and time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights are essential
• Valid WA Driver’s Licence
