In this role, you will

  • Support in modelling the shape of PB commercially and strategically working with Finance partners and business stakeholders.
  • Assist with the inputs and development of the PB Dashboard; Gleaning insights to inform actions and changes to the strategy and or metrics; Maintaining a backlog of work to continually improve and enhance the dashboard, working with business stakeholders and D&A team.
  • Support the review and prioritisation of investments that offer the highest commercial returns and outcomes to customer and colleagues.
  • Review, consolidate and report on the PB investment portfolio and progress of strategic initiatives.
  • Track and report commercial, customer and colleague outcomes delivered by initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations on intervention points for initiatives / investments that are at risk of not meeting ROI and committed outcomes.

What you’ll bring

  • 3-5 years of portfolio management, corporate finance/ investment planning and reporting experience.
  • A background in business case development & financial modelling.
  • Experience in coordinating investment planning across business unit and cross functionally.
  • Strong knowledge of portfolio governance principles and frameworks, ensuring portfolio priorities aligns to strategy.
  • Experience in developing performance reporting to assess portfolio performance / ROI for strategic initiatives.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills for Executive level presentation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and help with the coordination of annual investment planning, funding submissions and monitoring activities.
