About the Opportunity

We are expanding our team in Wembley with an exciting opportunity available:

• Full-Time Contact Centre & Reception Role
  Primarily a phone-based role with occasional reception duties, including welcoming patients, processing billings, and handling phone enquiries at the front desk.

Both roles require high attention to detail, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple systems.

This is a Permanent, Full-Time position working during Clinic Open hours ranging from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday mornings. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for patients and referrers, assisting with appointment bookings and enquiries.
• Ensure patients are fully prepared for their appointments, providing details on arrival times, preparation, and costs.
• Maintain accurate patient records, manage referrals, and facilitate access to pathology and previous imaging.
• For the full-time role, assist at reception when needed—greeting patients, billing, and answering phone enquiries.

What We're Looking For

• A motivated individual with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Someone with a high aptitude for learning new systems (experience with RIS/PACS is a bonus).
• A friendly, patient-focused communicator who can confidently interact with patients, referrers, and colleagues.
• Previous radiology or contact centre experience is highly valued but not essential.
