Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, influence, coach, and develop a team of Contact Centre Team Members to exceed performance expectations.
• Operational Excellence: Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to ensure key performance indicators are achieved, using effective and professional communication skills.
• Customer Service Leadership: Drive a culture of service excellence by enabling others to deliver high-quality interactions that uphold I-MED's brand promise.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide recommendations to improve processes and contribute to team engagement and culture.

What You'll Need:

• Demonstrated leadership experience, with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Team Leader or similar, ideally in contact centres of the healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, coach and inspire others to achieve results.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
