THE ROLE
As a Content Migration Specialist, you'll assist with the seamless transfer of e-commerce content to Shopify from our existing system (NETO). You'll ensure accurate product listings, collections, blogs, images, and metadata migration, oversee and execute content resizing, and ensure high QA standards.
Other Responsibilities:
Image and content resizing and re-touching Quality assurance (QA) checks on migrated content to verify data integrity, functionality, and assist with coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on the Shopify platform.Supporting the PM in facilitating all e-commerce requirements (eg data provision)Troubleshooting issues related to content and configuration migration and platform integration.Assisting in the setup and configuration of Shopify functionalities and features to support e-commerce operations and user requirements.Assisting in ad-hoc tasks and projects related to e-commerce and digital operations as directed by the e-commerce manager.
To be successful you will have:
Extensive experience working with Shopify, preferably with an implementation environmentStrong Photoshop skillsFamiliarity with UAT and testing environmentsExcellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
