The successful candidate will support the entire project lifecycle, including procurement, cost tracking, permit and delivery coordination, work orders, variations, site meetings, and regular performance reviews. Key ResponsibilitiesObtain quotes from trades and suppliersPurchase project items and equipmentIssue work orders to subcontractorsPrepare and submit invoicesCreate and issue project variationsCoordinate deliveries and permit applicationsManage project budgets and track costsFacilitate weekly meetings, take accurate notes, and follow up on action itemsParticipate in monthly reporting meetings with your managerAttend bi-annual performance reviews to plan and assess progress The Ideal Candidate You are an organised and proactive administrator who can juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail. You're calm under pressure, able to interpret construction plans, and confident engaging with a range of stakeholders. You bring a hands-on mindset, strong clerical skills, and a practical approach to project support.
