 About the Role

As a Contract Administrator, you’ll work closely with Project Managers and the asbestos team to ensure the smooth setup, administration, and tracking of jobs from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up new jobs in our system and managing job files

  • Coordinating materials take-offs, quotes, and purchase orders

  • Reviewing project drawings to identify variations

  • Scheduling material call-ups and supporting project deliveries

  • Monitoring and assigning project-related communication

  • Assisting with project close-outs and O&M manual submissions

  • Reviewing labour and material costs for billing

  • Checking supplier invoices against orders and assisting with wage reviews

  • Utilise a Project Management System to manage quotes, jobs and clients

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to the team. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Experience in a Contract Administration or Operations Coordination role

  • Strong verbal communication and organisational skills

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • A collaborative and respectful approach that aligns with our company values
