Contract Administrator - QLD Commercial Builder

The Client:

My client is an established QLD-owned commercial builder that delivers a diverse range of refurbishment, redevelopment, and new build construction projects.

Their diversified delivery portfolio includes projects across the commercial, healthcare, multi-residential, aged-care, government, education, retail, industrial, and civic infrastructure sectors. 

They have successfully delivered repeat work for a plethora of institutional private sector and public sector clients. These repeat relationships provide them with a consolidated pipeline of negotiated work. 

The Role:

Working under the leadership of the Regional Construction Manager and Project Managers, you will have end-to-end involvement in the delivery of projects. In addition to active projects, you will also have exposure to the front-end preconstruction phase of ECI and D&C engagements, taking part in the associated value management, design/buildability, and client management functions.

In addition, the Senior Leadership Team will be happy to provide defined professional development and progression pathways aligned with your career preferences - Project Management, Project Engineering, or Contract Management etc.

Ideal Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working for a commercial builder, client-side consultancy, or D&C contractor in a PC, CA or Cadet capacity.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture.
• Experience assisting in the associated procurement, contract management, financial management, design, and overall project delivery functions - heavy refurb and new build construction exp preferred.
