Position: Contract Administrator
Type of Employment: Full-time (38 hours per week)
Location: Tullamarine, Victoria
Salary: $75,000 + 11% Superannuation
Our Tullamarine office seeks a reliable, hard-working individual to perform the role of Contract Administrator. Reporting to the General Manager/Director, you will provide support to the Site and Estimating teams, developing into a contracts administration role which includes, but not limited to the below duties:
- Review and interpretation of tender documentation, paying attention to critical tender elements
- Management of sub-contractors and tender enquiries via Bid Contender and Estimate One
- Assembly of tender costings within Estimate One, Bluebeam, Buildsoft & Cubit
- Familiarity with construction packages such as Aconex, Procore, Hammertech etc.
- Familiarity with Maxcut
- Assembly of shopdrawings in AutoCAD
- Submission of tenders to prospective clients in collaboration with bid team and management
- Prepare contract commencements for Project Management
- Control of all projects related documentation
- Ensuring procedures are followed in the project registration process
- Control of the variation approval process
- Carry out revenue forecasting on projects using MS Project
- Carry out cost to complete analysis in conjunction with Project Managers
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety
- General administration duties

Qualification & Experience
We are seeking individual who is willing to get involved, is motivated, enthusiastic, and prepared to work. To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- You must have a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in law, contracts management, civil engineering, or equivalent
- You must have minimum of 2 years fulltime work experience as a contracts administrator or similar roles
- You must have exposure to tiling, waterproofing, and stone
- Actual on-site work experience in similar industry is highly regarded
- Be able to travel to our Tullamarine office daily (No WFH set-up)
- Worked with essential software and construction packages - MS Office Suite, Bluebeam, MaxCut, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Estimate One - is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to process and communicate technical information
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
