Contracts Administrator

The Opportunity:

Our client specialises in delivering complex civil construction projects in urban environments across Western Australia. They provide innovative solutions and have a proven track record of successful project delivery for various public and private sectors.

Currently they require an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team, with a focus on Perth metro infrastructure, a background spanning 3 - 5+ years in civil construction is necessary to be successful in this role.

The Position:

• Prepare notices of delay, extensions of time (EoTs), and draft subcontracts or supplier agreements
• Daily administration of the Head Contract and Subcontract agreements
• Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage contract variations
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly

The Requirements:

• Full/Current Driver's License
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Qualification in Quantity Surveying (QS) or Construction Management is desirable
• Experience with management of variations, EoTs, and daywork claims
• Full Australian working rights
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
