Conveyancer – Full-Time | Sutherland

Top Notch Conveyancing is a respected and growing firm based in Sutherland, known for delivering exceptional client service with a strong, proactive approach. As our business expands, we are looking for an experienced Conveyancer (minimum 2 years) to join our team.

We are seeking someone who thrives on taking ownership, working independently, and driving matters forward. This role is suited to a confident, solutions-focused individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment, can make decisions, and is motivated by achieving results.

About the Role:

• Manage conveyancing transactions from start to finish, including preparing contracts, managing settlements, and handling client communications.
• Keep matters progressing proactively — identifying what needs to be done and acting on it without delay.
• Deliver high-quality client service while balancing efficiency and attention to detail.
• Work within a structured workflow while bringing a strong sense of initiative to everything you do.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in conveyancing.
• Highly organised with strong time management skills.
• Proactive and action-driven — someone who moves tasks forward without waiting for instruction.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and stakeholders.
• A desire to learn, improve, and grow within the firm over the long term.
