Dumpling Guys Werribee, a renowned restaurant specializing in high-quality Asian cuisine, is seeking an experienced Cook to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Cook to maintain and elevate the high standards of our diverse menu, which includes a variety of dumplings, rice dishes, noodles, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's recipes to ensure consistency in quality and taste.

• Oversee the food preparation process, ensuring high standards of food hygiene and safety.

• Monitor food quality and freshness, and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of dishes.

• Manage food inventory and order supplies as needed to minimize waste and ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.

• Assist in maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Cook, particularly in Asian cuisine.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality food to every customer.

• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
