8848 Momo House Forest Lake is seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join its dynamic team. The role involves preparing and presenting high-quality Nepalese dishes, particularly momos and oriental fusion cuisine, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate. Responsibilities include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Task & Responsibilities

• Examine foodstuffs to ensure quality and freshness
• Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment
• Prepare and cook food using appropriate methods
• Portion food and arrange it attractively on plates
• Add gravies, sauces, and garnishes to prepared dishes
• Store food in temperature-controlled facilities to maintain safety and quality
• Prepare food to meet special dietary requirements (e.g., allergies, religious needs)
• Plan menus and estimate food requirements (if required)
• Train and supervise other kitchen staff and apprentices (if required)

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum of Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum  1 year experience in related field.
• In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
