Position : Full-Time Cook (Korean cuisine)

Duties: 

• Prepare and cook a variety of Korean hot and cold dishes using traditional Korean cooking methods and techniques.

• Ensure that all food preparation, cooking, and presentation meet health and safety regulations.

• Assist with menu planning and recipe development to deliver high-quality Korean dishes and an authentic cultural experience.

• seasoning, portioning and storing food 

• train kitchen-hands in Korean cooking methods and techniques when necessary 

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

• Collaborate with the team to provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for customers.

Requirements for the Role:

• trade certificates in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Korean restaurants 

• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
