We are looking for a skilled Chefs and Cooks to handle various cooking tasks, assist with menu planning, and maintain high standards of food quality.
Competitive salary between $75,000 to $80,000
1) Ensure quality of food at Raw Bar meet high expectations
2) Use ovens, grills and cooking equipment within the Raw Bar kitchen to prepare menu items
3) Preparing and cooking food as per menu
4) Season food during cooking
5) Serve up plates of food for delivery to customers by waitstaff
6) Ensure food is stored correctly as per food safety guidelines
7) Take into account special dietary requirements
8) Plan menus with Head Chef
9) Train junior kitchen staff if required
** At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
