The RoleWe’re looking for a skilled and creative Corporate Comms Specialist to work across a portfolio of high-profile clients in the entertainment industry. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and ever-evolving media environment, has strong media relationships with journalists who cover the business of music, media, advertising and tech, and knows how to cut through with stories that make an impact. Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver strategic corporate comms campaigns for music, media, advertising, and tech brands.Shape public narratives through smart messaging, positioning, and storytelling across earned, owned, and shared channels.Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, producers, and industry stakeholders across business, trade, and consumer outlets.Draft and pitch high-quality media materials including media releases, briefing documents, op-eds, and internal comms.Monitor media coverage, provide insights and prepare coverage wraps. About You:3+ years of experience in comms or journalism, ideally within the entertainment industry.Strong media contacts across trade, business and consumer outlets.A passion for storytelling and a knack for crafting narratives.Exceptional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-moving industry.Experience managing talent and coordinating media schedules.Comfortable working in a remote environment and adept at using tools like Slack, Google. Workspace, and project management platforms.
