Task & Responsibilities

Corporate General Manager role

Supervise and motivate staff for optimal performance with a strong work ethic

Typical managerial duties, include organizing schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and goal setting.

Manage hire inquiries, customer quotations, phone inquiries, and product demonstrations.

 

General Management:

  • Plan, organise, direct, control, and review day-to-day operations and major functions.
  • Liaise with colleagues in decision-making processes.
  • Promote autonomous thinking and cross-checking for healthy staff relationships.
  • Ensure best practices and core values are always upheld.
  • Ultimate authority over the pricing of hires company-wide.
  • Responsible for customer conflict resolution
  • Oversee and ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and hazard-free condition of all customer areas, including pickup and drop-off zones

Sales and Marketing Management:

  • Interact with customers, and make decisions in line with operating guidelines
  • Direct the development and implementation of hiring strategies.
  • Set hire targets for maximising sales and customer loyalty.
  • Develop strategies to promote business machines and services.
  • Lead a team, and foster internal and external relationships.
  • Manage and assist in the creation and reinforcement of Rebel Hire's brand image and loyalty.
  • Direct the development and implementation of strategies to build and maintain the company's reputation in Brisbane and Gold Coast
  • Manage follow-up quotes with customers to boost sales.
  • Manage and assist in creating and reinforcing Rebel Hire's brand image and loyalty.

Qualification & Experience

At least  5 Years of solid experience.

No formal qualification but would be beneficial.
