Join our dynamic staffing team at Suncorp Stadium, Queensland’s premier venue for live sport and entertainment! We are seeking a highly organised, energetic, and people-focused Corporate Hospitality Staffing Coordinator to drive the success of our corporate operations through recruitment, roster management, and team support.
In this fast-paced role, you will combine hands-on recruitment activities with essential administrative duties to ensure our corporate hospitality team is fully resourced and event-ready. You will play a key part in shaping an exceptional guest experience by building and maintaining a skilled, motivated, and enthusiastic workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and confirm rostered shifts using the Inzenius system, ensuring optimal coverage for every event.
- Maintain and update team member profiles, including skills, competencies, compliance records, and availability.
- Plan and execute large-scale recruitment drives, from advertising roles and screening CVs, to interviewing candidates and leading engaging group induction sessions.
- Communicate proactively with the team, providing shift details, event briefings, and updates on policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand event requirements and staffing needs.
- Support the onboarding process, ensuring team members are trained, uniformed, and ready to deliver an exceptional corporate hospitality experience.
- Assist with timesheet management, payroll queries, and post-event reporting as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a large casual workforce.
- A strong multitasker with impeccable organisational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing coordination, or HR administration (hospitality or events industry preferred).
- Comfortable working with rostering and staffing software (experience with Inzenius or similar is highly desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure, often managing multiple deadlines and high-volume recruitment periods.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and major event days.
- Prior experience staffing at a stadium, arena, or major event venue will be highly regarded.
