MAYDAY is excited to be recruiting an experienced and well-presented Corporate Receptionist for a 12-month contract, working for a well-known investment company.
Work from stunning, brand new, state-of-the-art offices in the heart of Sydney CBD next to all forms of public transport.

Key Responsibilities: - Assist staff and management with booking of front-of-house meeting rooms.
- Screen incoming calls and direct them as needed.
- Assist with mail and couriers i.e. booking of couriers from time to time.
- Submit invoices for payment via the accounts system and ensure correct Account codes are used and processed in a timely manner.
- Creation of staff passes and record keeping of visitor passes.
- Liaise with building management from time to time via the tenant portal system.
- Understanding of booking Auditors on-site along with Security procedures.
You will need: - Professional phone manner and be very well-presented.
- Previous corporate reception experience is essential.
- Ability to interpret queries and assist customers appropriately.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Proficient in relevant computer software Word, Outlook (or related programs) Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Internet access; Audio Visual equipment in front of house meeting rooms.
- Good computer skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles.
- You must have work rights that enable you to commit to a 12-month contract.
