Key Responsibilities:
Front desk/reception/concierge services.Ordering of administrative goods and services.Optimising and creating administrative processes and procedures.Maintaining and fostering relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Accurate typing and data entry.Supporting multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day.
Required Skills and Experience:
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.Confidence in learning new technologies and processes.A strong willingness to help others and be flexible in your approach.High attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate challenges and ensure accuracy in all work.Strong written and verbal communication skills.The ability to follow, create, and optimise administrative processes.Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
