Corporate Store Manager - Wynnum QLD

We are on the look-out for a Corporate Store Manager to join the team in the Wynnum / Manly area.

Running the store as if it is your own business, you will:

• Delight your customers with service and store standards
• Recruit, coach and develop your own store team
• Contribute to a safe and positive store environment
• Drive store success with KPIs, targets and financial performance

• $71,050 base salary + 11.5% Superannuation + 15% Bonus eligibility

• Typical roster - Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm.

The right candidate will have:

• Passion and excitement for customer service
• Fast-paced leadership experience with a lead by example approach (willing to get your hands dirty!)

• Strong communication and influencing skills
