Corporate Travel Account Manager - Hybrid

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, with a focus on retention and organic growth
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong, multi-level relationships
• Provide tailored travel program reporting, analysis, and recommendations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through policy review and supplier optimisation
• Lead client reviews and consult on travel trends, best practices, and risk management
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, implementation) to ensure a seamless service
• Negotiate with suppliers to maximise value and deliver strategic outcomes
• Ensure accurate reporting and maintain client data using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)

What We're Looking For

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel account management
✅ Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
✅ Strategic mindset with strong commercial and analytical thinking
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✅ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
✅ Proficient with Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with Salesforce
✅ Knowledge of travel industry systems, suppliers, and policies
✅ A team player who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment
